SMS Terms & Proof of Consent

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Solugenics (“we,” “us”) is operated by Bernard Ong, doing business as Solugenics · solugenics.com · hello@solugenics.com

1. Overview

Solugenics provides appointment rebooking and scheduling-assistance text messaging on behalf of local service businesses (such as med spas and similar appointment-based practices). Messages are sent to a business's existing customers to help them rebook and schedule appointments. Each business uses a dedicated phone number, and messages are sent only to that business's own existing customers.

2. How consent (opt-in) is collected

Recipients are existing customers of the business being served. These customers provide their mobile phone numbers directly to the business when booking an appointment (in person, by phone, or online), during a prior visit, or when completing the business's intake forms.

Verbal consent script

When collecting a customer's mobile number in person or by phone, the business asks: “Is it okay if we text you about appointment reminders and rebooking? You can reply STOP anytime to opt out.” The customer verbally agrees before any messages are sent.

By providing their phone number in this existing customer relationship and agreeing as above, customers consent to receive appointment-related text messages. Solugenics sends messages solely on behalf of the business and only to these existing, consenting customers. We do not purchase, rent, or message purchased lists, and do not message individuals with no prior relationship with the business.

3. Types of messages

Messages are limited to appointment rebooking and scheduling assistance, for example:

“Hi Sarah, it's [Business Name]! It's been a while since your last visit — we'd love to see you again. Want me to help you find a time this week? Reply STOP to opt out.”
“Great! We have Thursday at 2pm or Saturday at 11am open — which works better for you?”

Message frequency varies based on the customer's responses. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-out and help

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which they receive no further messages. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact the business directly.

5. Privacy

Customer information is used solely to deliver appointment-related messages on behalf of the business. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and is deleted upon request or when the engagement ends. See our Privacy Policy.
