Solugenics (“we,” “us”) is operated by Bernard Ong, doing business as Solugenics, based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains how we handle information.
Information we handle
We provide customer reactivation messaging services to local businesses. In doing so, we process contact information (such as names and phone numbers) belonging to our business clients' existing customers, solely to deliver appointment-related messages on those clients' behalf.
How we use information
We use this information only to send appointment rebooking and scheduling messages on behalf of the business that provided it. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is processed only to provide our service and is shared only with the service providers necessary to deliver messages (such as our messaging and hosting infrastructure).
Data retention and deletion
We retain customer information only as long as needed to provide the service. We delete it upon the business client's request or when our engagement with that business ends.
